The average annual cost for student accommodation in the UK now stands at £7,374 but in London it is £9,488, according to new figures published Unipol and the National Union for Students (NUS) in their 2024 Accommodation Costs Survey. WebInternational students are assured accommodation in year 1 and 2 of their studies in NUS subject to the submission of a hostel application. This assurance is only valid for semester 1 applications submitted within the stipulated exercise periods.
