WebYeah I mean it's mostly contextual, which is my opinion. Obviously having a defensive squad sitting on strongpoint doing nothing with plenty of fallback garrisons would be useless. But these hell let loose vets over here telling me nah fuck that offense 24/7. I asked someone who was a high rank and they said the idea was to overwelm the enemy.
