If you're a consistent 90+ percentile group, taking on someone with a highest of 15% probably isn't a good fit, but that says more about your group than about them. -1.

WebYou are right that dps percentile alone does not tell the whole story especially for healers in pugs. Arguably somebody worth their salt is aware of this too and knows how to check say deaths and casts tabs and timelines in fflogs. Having said that however, over many pulls patterns emerge. WebI was looking for a source for the suggestion of this comment that for percentiles under 10%, their percentile is given as (damage done)/(10th percentile damage done)*10%, rather than the more ordinary percentile. It seems like an odd thing for fflogs to do, and I was wondering if it was true, and, if so, why they do it. retour offert

WebShort answer: No. Long answer: No, because many statics don't upload wipes to fflogs, only kills. This makes it very hard to figure out how often they wiped before their first clear. Maybe you are lucky and someone of the team had a wipe counter for fun or they had a live stream for all the time were you could rewatch the entire progress and ... WebFFLogs and parsing community fucked up our view of play styles and it doesn’t reward playing defensively and consistently. I raided as a healer for years and the groups that progged faster and more consistently were the ones where tanks sacrificed personal damage to help healers out. retour mary poppins
