WebThe green/blue Dragonscale sets are on par/even worse compared to T0 sets, and not really worth the materials. If you're dedicated to leatherworking, I would recommend tribal LW, which have 2 BiS for leather+ healers (Hide of the Wild & Corehound Belt), and the Devilsaur set. Elemental LW is best for feral tanks.
