So combine the extra pressure on the CPU along with the very high VRAM usage (again, im using DLSS Quality from 1440p). My CPU usage went down to 93% only when using Windows Snip tool for the screenshot. GPU Load sits at 95-96% in here.

WebIdk. The game go to 95% use of the cpu when in the city since the last uptade didnt saw my performance gettin better but it does spike to 100% then GPU usage get lower (about 80%) = Frame drop. Getting same issue - FPS usually 63 average but slow down to under 10 and i see CPU is near/at 100% in Task Manager.
