The … WebI'm not sure what the name of the '.repo' file is for you, but it most likely has the name "rhui" in it. Regardless, your RHEL installation presumably has TLS v1.1 installed, and AWS has presumably changed their repository server to not allow communication to clients without using TLS v1.2 and above. It's a legitimate thing.
