A window will appear, go to the Services tab and search for the Print Spooler service, make sure it is enabled. After turn it on restart you PC and everything should be OK now. Whole system freezes, I can hear the voice of other people, but: - the screen is frozen. - ctrl-alt-delete does not work. - laptop does not sleep/ hibernate when close the lid. - the only way out is hard-reset via power button.
