With all that said, I would just do a .030 over 351 to make 357. It would be a great street setup. A 357w with afr 185's could see 400rwhp+ pretty easy with the right induction and exhaust. Just my $0.02 though.

I bought a short block from Coast High Performance for mine and added an Edelbrock Performer RPM top end kit. That put me right around $5000 but did not include rocker arms, oil pump and pan, carb, distributor and so on, which I already had.

I see that Summit has this seasoned roller block for $750 delivered. I was looking for someone's take on these and their experience if they have any. My other option is to take the kit to the local machine shop and have them do the machining one of their 302 blocks.
